King Power MahaNakhon (Thai: คิง เพาเวอร์ มหานคร), formerly known as MahaNakhon (มหานคร), is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Silom/Sathon central business district of Bangkok, Thailand. It was opened in December 2016. It features the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building. Following transfer of the first residential units in April 2016, at 314.2 metres (1,031 ft) with 77 floors, it was recognized as the tallest building in Thailand on 4 May 2016 by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Featuring hotel, retail and residences, 200 units of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok inside the building are priced between around $US1,100,000 to $US17,000,000, making it one of the most expensive condominiums in Bangkok.
The building was recognised as the tallest building in Thailand until the Magnolias Waterfront Residences at ICONSIAM breaks the record in 2018 with the height of 317 metre. More info, please refer wiki here

Thailand might not so common when it’s come to Christmas Celebration but NYE is one of the best moment in Bangkok you can’t miss.
Here’s some inspiration for your 2017/18 new year celebrations in Bangkok.
1. Countdown to midnight at Central World
Just like many countries around the world, 31 December sees a large-scale and popular countdown to the new year, most visibly on the streets of Siam in the centre of Bangkok.
Take the BTSSkytrain to Chitlom Station, Exit and walk directly connected to Central World by a skywalk. Things usually get going at around 6pm, but you might want to arrive early to beat the inevitable crowds to a decent spot.
This is previous year. Looking forward for excited more!

3. Roof Top Hotel
Le Bua at State Tower Bangkok Hotel
The Sky Bar Rooftop at Lebua offers the most stunning views of the Chao Phraya River. Banyan Tree, Octave Rooftop Lounge & Bar, Above Eleven and Three Sixty are all rooftop bars that offer matchless views, plus great DJ music, much dancing, drinks, fireworks and all the NYE trappings we love, plus the feeling that you’re on top of the world. Partying at one of Thailand’s rooftop bars is one the best things to do in Thailand.
